Hello hello, people! After the disaster on DeviantArt, I decided to nearly abandon my profile here. Now, there's this news circulating about DA users making money with AI generated images, and DA proudly announcing it. So, they went full AI, and I'm out. A friend of mine, presented me this new network, Cara (https://cara.app), made exactly by and for these dissident Artists who had this fill of AI bullshit. They even recommend the use of Glaze on menu, which earned my respect. Slowly Leaving DA and where to find me

As some of you may know, last month I was wrongly suspended from DeviantArt as they admitted, but when I was brought back I lost over 6000 followers, which ruined my commission business here. As much as you showed kindness, and someone even gave me one-month subscription to help me recover, I don't think it will help. It took me seventeen years and six daily deviations to get there, when DA was less flooded. I'm really sorry. For now, I will not delete my account, it may take a while for me to decide what to do, but I won't be updating it as well. Deviant Ban Drama [Update]

Hello there, my dear followers! So, in the last Journal I told you about my situation on DeviantArt: https://www.deviantart.com/striderden/journal/Denouncing-DeviantArt-1012180670 One of the worst things was (and it seems intentional) that I was cut off from the people I used to follow. So I have no clue if these suspensions were epidemic and reoccurring. As I had no replies so far, I started to google for some similar cases, and I found a similar case from 2020, and the person could not recover its account. A person with 4k followers was wrongly banned and had the followers erased. Very shameful for a platform the size of DeviantArt. So, when things go bad, we start to get suspicious and conspiratory, and I started to elaborate some theories. Here in my country where private companies are very corrupt, there is a typical maneuver. I stayed away from adding dragons to my fantasy setting for awhile as I was not sure how to make them fit in it, as my fantasy world is like a sort of new age/quasi-early modern world.

Anyway, I decided that dragons are not naturally-occurring creatures but the result when you have a bunch of research mages messing around using magic to bioengineer various creatures for specific purposes or as a hobby. As a result, you have people trying to create real-life versions of dragons out of what they see in mythology or folktales.

Because of this, they run the gamut in terms of their appearance or what they can and cannot do, and I have been looking around for examples of "dragons" that are non-hexapeds, as having two sets of clavicles would cause a lot of problems, magic or no.

For the dragons that have wings, they are either part of a modified limb instead of being an entirely separate pair of limbs like you see in pterosaurs or the wings are more like rayed fins that come from extensions of the spine rather than modified limbs.
